A department set up as recent as September 2012 but already excelling in its own rights with full NIC-EIC accredited installer Status, and fulfilling works in all sectors of Matthews and Tannert. These works range from our retro style full modernisations of occupied properties to a communal lighting project these works again are for various clients including the following:-
Rykneld Homes – Heating, Kitchen and Bathroom Program in partnership with Keepmoat
Working in Partnership with Keepmoat, helping deliver their Central Heating, Kitchen and Bathroom Program doing the Central Heating upgrades, full kitchen refurbishments and full bathroom refurbishments in occupied properties delivering in the region of 15 properties per week.
New Build project in Northampton delivering 31 Properties Matthews and Tannert are fulfilling the electrical package for Partner Construction on this scheme.
Our in house team complete the majority of electrical works required in local authority properties for Ashfield Homes, from new central heating and electric fire circuits, to periodic testing and full re wires in void properties.
Newark and Sherwood Lighting
Matthews and Tannert worked in Partnership with NSH to deliver a full rewire to the communalareas of De Lacey court in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire. This also comprised of a new suspended ceiling to encase the lighting. The project was delivered by our in house electricians.
Void Property Testing
Before a void property and be reallocated to a new tenant, Matthews and Tannert work in conjunction with Two local Authorities in electrically testing these properties to ensure the safety of the systems and not to put any new tenants in danger in their new home.
